OUR SHIPPING

Shipping method depends on the total weight and value of the goods purchased.

Flat Rate of A$16.00 (ex GST) for a small satchel (under 500g) per order for postage & handling fee for all orders below A$1499 and A$23.00 (over 500g). If value is over A$1500 tracking and signature will be required. Orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Please allow for up to 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch.

Freight charges are calculated and may change according to value, weight, dimension and distance. We do not accept responsibility for delays incurred once an item is in transit.

Australia Post experience delays due to the Christmas Season. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for orders within Australia once your order has been processed and dispatched.

NEW ZEALAND

Flat rate A$24.00 (ex gst) Australia Post International to NZ, 250g and under, tracking only (no signature required). Standard post will take 5-21 working days.
