Shipping policy

At Ikecho Australia, we understand that receiving your selected pieces promptly and securely is crucial to your business. That's why we've established a reliable shipping process to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time, every time.

 

AUSTRALIA

Shipping method is based on the size of the goods being sent.

 

Standard Express (no signature):

  • Australia Post Express Small Satchel - A$16.00 (+GST)
  • Australia Post Express Medium Satchel - A$20.00 (+GST)

 

For added peace of mind, you can choose our tracking with signature options:

  • Australia Post Express Small Satchel - A$23.00 (+GST)
  • Australia Post Express Medium Satchel - A$33.00 (+GST)

 

Additionally, for orders exceeding A$3,000 in value, shipping will be automatically upgraded to Australia Post Express with signature and tracking for security. Any additional costs associated with this upgrade are the responsibility of the customer.

 

NEW ZEALAND

  • Australia Post Standard Small Satchel, up to 500g; no signature = A$16.00 (+GST)
  • Australia Post Express Small Satchel, up to 500g; no signature = A$25.00 (+GST)

DUTIES AND TAXES

We do not accept responsibility for any duties or import taxes, or other taxes applicable.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch.
  • If the small satchel option is chosen, but the parcel's weight or size requires a large satchel, we will notify you and adjust your invoice accordingly.
  • We do not accept responsibility for delays incurred once an item is in transit.
  • Australia Post (for both Domestic and International shipping) may experience delays during the Christmas season. Please allow an extra 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed and dispatched.
