By completing the Wholesale Registration form on the Ikecho website, you (the retailer) confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all wholesale orders and form part of the agreement between you and Ikecho Australia.


1. Eligibility

  • Wholesale accounts are open to brick-and-mortar and online retailers based in Australia and New Zealand.

  • We do not currently offer a drop-shipping service.

  • Accounts are granted at our discretion and may be reviewed or revoked at any time.


2. Initial Order

  • All initial wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay dispatch if payment is not received.

  • If you are part of an approved buying group or hold an approved 30-day account, you may select 'Pay on Account' at checkout when ordering online. Your order will be processed in line with the terms associated with your account.

3. Payment Terms

  • Independent wholesale customers may apply for a 30-day trading account by completing a credit application form. Approval is subject to Ikecho’s assessment and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Unless otherwise approved, all orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • Invoices not paid by the due date may incur recovery costs, including legal and collection fees.

  • All goods remain the property of Ikecho until paid in full.

  • Consistently late payments may result in account suspension or cancellation.


4. Buying Group Accounts

  • Ikecho works with selected and approved buying groups. Retailers must indicate their group affiliation during the registration process or prior to placing an order.

  • If your account is linked to an approved buying group:

    • All purchases will be invoiced directly to the buying group.

    • Payment is managed via the buying group’s monthly statement process. Ikecho does not receive direct payment from the retailer in these cases.

    • Standard dispatch conditions still apply (e.g. orders are not released until approval from the buying group is confirmed).

  • Any returns, warranty claims or product-related enquiries must be submitted directly to Ikecho by the retailer. The buying group does not manage this on your behalf.

  • Promotional offers and pricing may vary for buying group members and may not reflect general wholesale pricing.

  • Ikecho reserves the right to review or revoke buying group-linked accounts if misuse, late approval or non-compliance with buying group procedures occurs.

  • Retailers not affiliated with a buying group are subject to standard wholesale payment and ordering terms, as outlined above.


5. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are based on destination and parcel weight and will be calculated at checkout or included in your invoice.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, including Australia Post.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. Re-delivery or redirection costs will be passed on to the retailer.


6. Backorders

  • You will be notified if any item is on backorder at the time of processing.

  • Backorders will be shipped as they become available unless otherwise agreed.

  • Backordered items must be paid for in accordance with your usual payment terms.


7. Returns & Claims

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval.

  • Special orders and customised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • A restocking fee may apply to approved returns.


8. Warranty

  • A 12-month warranty applies to manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty period begins:

    • From the date of purchase by the retailer (if the claim is made before the item is sold), or

    • From the end-customer’s date of purchase (with proof of sale), if the retailer is lodging the claim on the customer’s behalf.

  • All warranty claims must be lodged through the original point of purchase. End-customers must contact the store they purchased from to arrange any returns or warranty assessments.

  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or storage.

  • Faulty items covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Ikecho’s discretion.


9. Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes for wholesale use may be issued occasionally and are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.

  • Retail customer discount codes are not valid for wholesale orders.

  • Use of unauthorised codes may result in cancellation of the order or suspension of your account.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All Ikecho product images, logos, descriptions, and marketing materials remain our intellectual property.

  • Content must not be edited, misrepresented, or redistributed without permission.

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of unauthorised use.


11. Fraud & Misuse

  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

  • Fraudulent activity (including resale without approval, false representation, or misuse of wholesale privileges) will be acted upon.

  • All associated legal and recovery costs will be the responsibility of the party involved.


12. Feedback

  • We welcome feedback from our stockists to help improve our product offering and service.
